My husband John and I are very big fans of yours! We watch the KY3 6 o’clock news pretty much every night and it is always a highlight when you are the sports anchor. I’m not even kidding when I say that we get actually so excited when it is you because we think you are so fun and comedic! The news in general can be kind of bland but you make the sports segment so fun! We are always so excited to see what you are going to say! It is very obvious that you are passionate about your job! But just overall we just really enjoy the work you do.
My husband and I love KY3. The best news and weather team. But our favorite for a few years has been Chris Neyenhouse doing the Sports. He always does a great job and makes it fun to watch. He is the best part of KY3.
I’ve not written to a news network prior, but I wanted to take this opportunity to share my thoughts, please. I’m a retired senior citizen who loves all kinds of sports. Around the house, there’s always a TV, radio, or streaming device going. If I’ve missed something during the day, I turn to KY3 for the update. Chris Neyenhouse’s approach to the sports segment is very much appreciated. He's positive, upbeat, and I can truly ‘feel’ the excitement of the event in his delivery. Win or lose, he puts a smile on my face. Chris is a true asset to your team.
I just wanted to say thank you for the piece you did about LR. You could’ve taken the easy route and just put the scores up. You could’ve shown the highlights and been done. But you didn’t. You took the time to tell a story that we all needed to hear. You took the time to allow us to know that you recognized the weight of the situation, and you VERY professionally allowed the whole spectrum of feelings to exist. Great job. Thank you.
Your reports on O-Zone/KY3 are very professional. Then I saw last night's report. I thank you for that report on Logan-Rogersville, it was an ace. This is Rural America at its finest, and you saw this. I'm an artist by trade. There is a saying, 'Most can't see the trees for the forest." Chris, you saw a special tree from within.
